★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kasir sangat lama, apalagi untuk layanan top up driver ojek online, seharusnya diberitahu diawal, jika saldo nominal 50ribu tidak tersedia, jadi nasabah tidak harus menunggu hingga 1 jam. Kan pihak bank bisa titip pesan ke satpam, setiap nasabah ditanya keperluannya, jika ada yang mau top up saldo driver ojol, nasabah tidak kecewa. Jika mau top up saldo nominal 100rb juga bisa ke minimarket terdekat. Sungguh kecewa.
