Tarif bunga pinjaman cukup ringan kompetitif yakni 2.5% per 15 hari atau 5% perbulan. Barang berharga yg digadai disimpan dg jaminn keamnn dan asuransi, shg aset bergerak atau liquid yg masih menganggur bisa "disekolahkn" untuk mendapatkan nilai tambah profit dan manfaat lainnya......Thanks Pegadaian Kota Magelang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer servis so so bad, orang yg gadai di dahuluin saya pdhl mo bayar cicilan emas bolak balik nunggu 1,5 jam percuma sia sia, ga dipanggil nomer urut, giliran org dtg mo gadai di dahuluin, harusnya semua dikasih nomer urut biar dipanggil sesuai urutan
The customer service is so so bad, the person who pawned the pawn came first when I paid the gold installment back and forth waiting for 1.5 hours to no avail, the serial number was not called, the turn for the person who came to take the mortgage first, everyone should be given a serial number so that they are called in order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik, satpam nya ramah dan memberi arahan serta informasinya lengkap, frontliner juga ramah, ruangan bersih rapi dan wangi, serta parkir mobil maupun motornya luas.
The service is good, the security guard is friendly and gives directions and complete information, the frontliner is also friendly, the room is clean, neat and fragrant, and the car and motorbike parking is spacious.
