Instruksi dari email Pegadaian untuk kode OTP bisa datang ke Pegadaian terdekat...tapi karyawannya ngotak ngatik hp saya gak jelas..ujung"nya suruh wa ke customer service...kalau bisa juga gak perlu Dateng ke cabang, karna saya wa customer servicenya seminggu tidak drespon...

β β β β β Tolong security nya etika nya dijaga, saya duduk didalam sebentar sekitar 5 menitan setelah transaksi dengan kasir karena harus terima tell, tiba tiba saya disuruh keluar.
iya saya paham harus social distancing, lagipula masih ada bangku kosong yang berjarak koq..
yang saya sangat sayangkan nyuruh keluarnya itu tidak ada kata maaf sama sekali, kurang lebih begini "bapak diluar dulu pak,masih banyak yang ngantri diluar".
Lokasi pegadaian bojongsari yang baru.
Saya tidak mau sebut nama supaya objective, mungkin pelatihan etika nya lebih diperhatikan.
sekali lagi saya sangat menyayangkan hal itu.
semoga dengan memperbaiki service pegadaian akan bertambah besar dan lebih bermanfaat, karena pelayanan itu bukan hanya sekedar di front office nya saja, pelayanan security nya pun harus diperhatikan.
Mungkin itu saja dari saya, maaf kalau terlalu panjang

β β β β β Tolong ditatar lagi itu security-nya. Mau ajuin gadai, ditawarin brosur sama syarat katanya lagi abis. Ditawarin kirim ke wa minta nomor saya untuk dikirim persyaratannya ternyata nggak dikirim juga, mau diterusin ke tim marketing katanya tapi 1 x 24 jam gada juga yg hubungi saya. ??????

β β β β β tolong lah kalo pilih kasir cabang yang paling kompeten, informatif dan solutif. ke cabang kan krn ga bisa dicover sama UPC. ini ditanyain apa2 ga ngerti, diem aja. udah kerjanya lelet bukannya nyuruh nasabah duduk malah didiemin aja, terus ternyata ujung2nya ga bisa. pelayanan buruk, ga minta maaf pula.
Please choose the most competent, informative and solutive branch cashier. to the branch, because it can't be covered by UPC. If you ask something, don't understand, just shut up. It's been a slow work, instead of telling customers to sit down, they just let it go, then it turns out that in the end it doesn't work. bad service, no apologies anyway.
