★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat lelet, mau perpanjang SDB aja nunggu lebih dari 3 jam, sangat tidak professional dengan motto BUMN, perlu transformasi untuk pegadaian agar sesuai dengan motto BUMN
The service is very slow, just want to extend SDB, wait more than 3 hours, very unprofessional with the BUMN motto, it needs transformation for the pawnshop to fit the BUMN motto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rugi banyak beli emas di gallery 24 jam...beli 1 gram dulu 742.000 awal tahun 2021 saat di jual hanya 630000 .kapok beli di sini .sudah begitu kan jam tutup itu jam 3 masa saya datang jam 2 kasir gallery 24 jam nya bilang sudah tutup....lah kok bisa?aturan darimana.jelas2 pegadaian kan tutup jam 3.mohon di perbaiki pelayanan nya.
it's a loss buying gold in the 24-hour gallery...buy 1 gram first 742,000 in early 2021 when it's on sale for only 630000. I'm tired of buying here. it's closed....how come? the rules from where. it's clear that the pawnshop closes at 3.please fix the service.

Harga taksiran nya tinggi, bunga pinjaman rendah dan prosesnya cepat sehingga sangat menolong saya yang pas membutuhkan dana. Pegawainya sangat ramah. Benar-benar mengatasi masalah tanpa masalah. ???
Strategic location. Reachable. I was here to borrow money for school fees by guaranteeing gold jewelery. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sesampainya di sana saya ditanya sama securitynya ada kepentingan apa, saya bilang mau jual antam yg 5gr, terus saya disuruh tunggu dulu, dan securitynya lg bilang ke teller pegadaiannya, setelah itu saya ditanya beli antamnya dimana saya bilang ditoko online, dan securitynya bilang kalo harga buyback sekarang harga pergramnya 870, terus saya bilang dong kok jauh sekali dg harga buyback sekarang yg sy liat diaplikasi seharga 920, jawabnya karna ada pajak dan karna saya beli antamnya di toko online bukan di pegadaian atau butik antam. Setelah itu saya disuruh tunggu lg, dan selang 5 menit kemudian securitynya balik lg bilang kalo harga buybacknya naik jadi 880 rb. Saya bingung kok cepet sekali berubahnya dan berdasarkan apa?tp yasudahlah.. setelah itu saya dikasi uang tunainya tanpa ada kwitansinya, saya bilang dong "mas kwitansinya mana"??baru dibuatkan kwitansi, dan tellernya gak komunikatif sama sekali...
when i got there i was asked what the security was for, i said i wanted to sell the 5gr antam, then i was told to wait, and the security again told the pawnshop teller, after that i was asked to buy the antam where i said it was in the online shop, and the security said the price Buyback now costs 870 per gram, then I said why is it so far from the current buyback price that I saw being applied for 920, the answer was because there was a tax and because I bought the antam at the online shop, not at the pawnshop or antam boutique. After that I was told to wait again, and 5 minutes later the security came back and said that the buyback price had increased to 880 thousand. I'm confused why it changed so quickly and based on whatbut oh well... after that I was given cash without a receipt, I said "where's the receipt"?? I just made a receipt, and the teller wasn't communicative at all...
