Ketika pelanggan telat bayar seharusnya ada bagian penagihan yang datang untuk nagih.
Jadi pelanggan tidak harus datang ke kantor pusat.
Sebagai perusahaan PDAM yang sudah besar harusnya ada pelayanan terbaik untuk pelanggan.
Sistemnya pun kadang eror tidak update.
No telepon pun ada tercantum di web tapi dihubungi tidak pernah diangkat. Apa Fungsinya kalo gitu.
Alamat Email pun ada tapi tidak bisa digunakan.
Pembayaran di kantor pusat harus Cash tidak bisa gesek,sangat merepotkan pelanggan
Seharusnya perusahaan yang besar sudah ada donk sistem bayar debit. Agar pelanggan bisa mudah membayarnya.
Petugas bagian rekening cewek(gak tau namanya) Jutek banget tidak ada ramah2nya. Seharusnya melayani pelanggan itu harus ramah dan sopan.
Airnya kotor, kalo pagi dan sore Kecil banget hanya keluar didepan saja itupun kecil.dan kalo waktu Maghrib pasti mati sama sekali gak keluar.

Email addresses also exist but cannot be used.
Payments at the central office must not be swipe Cash, very troublesome customers
Large companies should already have a debit-paying system. So customers can easily pay for it.
The female account clerk (don't know her name) It's really not friendly. Serving customers should be friendly and polite.
The water is dirty, if in the morning and evening it is very small, it only comes out in front and even then it is small.
