★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi PDAM Parung Panjang, tolong benahi pengelolaan Air. Saya baru 2 bulan pindah ke Parung Panjang sebelum nya di Jakarta. Air keruh dan berbau gimana mau dikonsumsi, mandi aja ngeri make nya..ini pengguna bayar loh.. mesti nya di area Bogor ini, air jauh lebih baik. Tolong dicek benar benar, ini air buat manusia dan bayar. Terima kasih
 Hi PDAM Parung Panjang, please improve water management. I just moved to Parung Panjang 2 months before in Jakarta. The water is cloudy and smells, how do you want it to be consumed, just take a shower, it's scary to use it.. this is a paid user.. it should be in this Bogor area, the water is much better. Please check really, this is water for humans and pay. Thank You

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admin tolong update info kejelasan air kapan nyala, sudah dari pagi namun belum ada info/kejelasan, misal nyala masih lama 1 hari lebih tolong tetap diinfo agar bisa mencari alternatif sumber air sementara,
Dan diharapkan terdapat peningkatan kualitas air agar lebih baik lg (tidak keruh),
Mohon tindak lanjutnya demi kebaikan kita bersama, terima kasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aduh kenpa ini air gk idup2.dari pagi buta..dan tolong ya pak buk.klo air mau di matiin misalkan pengurasan dll..tolong dengan sangat ..beri surat pemberitahuan dulu sehri seblumnya.jagan mati2in aja..klo gini susah...pake air bayar.tpi air kotor keruh,dan betar2 mati tanpa himbauan..bayar telat dikit di denda ,,.tolong ya ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya menelfon pdam hari ini jam 14.20 tadi. menanyakan kenapa air daerah perumahan sentraland mati dengan baik2. dan saya bilang lain kali tolong ya mas kalau mau benerin air, dikasih himbauan terlebih dahulu, karena saya disana ada klinik dan mau mengerjakan pasien, jika ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya kemungkinan klinik saya bisa ditutup terlebih dahulu. eh malah mas nya menaikan nada. saya tanya nama dia malah gak sopan jawabnya malah nanya balik nama saya. dikirain saya nanya itu dengan main2 !!!!!
tolong yah ditindak lanjutin karyawan yg tidak sopan itu. bisa dilihat di cctv tgl 29 desember 2021 jam 14.20 yg mengangkat telfon saya itu siapa, tolong diajarkan attitude yg baik dan benar dalam berkomunikasi.
I called Pdam today at 14.20 yesterday. asked why the water in the housing area of Centraland died properly. and I said next time, please, sir, if you want to fix the water, I will be given a warning first, because I have a clinic there and want to work on patients, if there is prior notification it is possible that my clinic can be closed first. uh even mas raise the tone. I asked his name and he was not polite, he even asked my name back. I thought I was asking that playfully !!!!!
please follow up on this impolite employee. can be seen on cctv on 29 December 2021 at 14.20 who picked up my phone, please teach me a good and correct attitude in communicating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tinggal di jalan anggur x bumi parung panjang, sekarang sentraland. Air selalu keruh, gak layak konsumsi. Padahal sudah pasang filter tambahan, tapi tetap gak berpengaruh, keruh bukan main. Kalau mau dikonsumsi harus diendapkan dulu semalaman. Semoga diperbaiki lah kualitasnya.
I live on the road of wine x earth parung long, now centraland. The water is always cloudy, unfit for consumption. Even though I have installed an additional filter, but it still has no effect, it's cloudy. If you want to consume it, you have to leave it overnight. Hopefully the quality will improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air mati dari pagi, udah di telpon berkali2 minta dikirim air petugas yg angkat cengengesan aja. 20rb pelanggan cuma di layanin dg 2 tangki. Gila banget si nih!!! SLA penanganan gangguan juga ga jelas ????
