Layanannya paraah... aku bru pindah ga ada 6 bulan di daerah riverside... dalam waktu 2 bln air bisa mati 4 kali TANPA PEMBERITAHUAN... Parahnya lagi, saya telp ke kantornya berkali kali..GA ADA yg angkat... saya ga tau deh apa ada yg kerja ato gimana.... pokokbya layanan pdam nya paraaaaah....
The service is dense ... I have not moved in 6 months in the riverside area ... within 2 months the water can die 4 times WITHOUT NOTICE ... Worse yet, I telephoned to his office many times ... ALSO there is someone who picks up ... I don't know if anyone works or what ... just the service is soooooooo ....

Saya tinggal di Griya kenari mas.. Air selalu mati di jam 7.00 dan baru lancar jam 13.00 nanti jam 17.00 mati lg sme jam 20.00.. Jadi klo mau beres2 rmh harus tengah malam klo mau lancar airnya... Jadi mengganggu sekali.. Mohon dicek apa ad masalah dilapangan.. Klo telat bayar kena denda...tp klo ad keluhan pihak kantor ga mau tau..
I live in Griya walnuts mas .. Water always dies at 7:00 and only runs smoothly at 13.00 later at 17.00 it dies again at 20.00 .. So if you want to settle, you have to go to midnight if you want the water to run smooth ... So annoying .. Please check whether there is a problem in the field ... If you are late, you will be fined ... but if there is a complaint from the office, you don't want to know ...

Pelayanan buruk, tlp ga pernah diangkat. Air sering mati, kecil dan kotor. Bayar tiap bulan malah pelayanannya seperti ini. Saya bayarnya tidak pernah telat.
Bad service, never lifted. Water often dies, small and dirty. Pay every month even the service is like this. I pay it never late.

Terima kasih PDAM cileungsi kab bogor. Sudah kasi Thai tea gratis. Tau aja siang2 gini dapat thai tea walaupun seiprit keluarnya. Harusnya sering kasi dong air putih mineral se gentong gitu.

Buruk bgt sumpah. Merasa dirugikan Baru pindah september awal 2020 ,akhir sept biaya tagihannya sekitar 90 rb. Dan Tau tau akhir oktober ada tagihan sekitar 2 jt. An ktanya dikarenakan ada kebocoran. Padahal itu kebocorannya sebelum pindah rumah, smpai bulan ini belum kita bayar, dan kmrin sudah ada surat untuk pemutusan. Petugasnya bilang sering kejadian seperti itu adanya kebocoran seharusnya kalau sudah sering ada kejadian seperti itu bagaimana untuk tidak terjadi terulang2.

Tolong pelayananya di tingkatkan kalau mau ada pematian harus ada pemberitahuan dulu biar kami konsumen sudah siap2 nampung air ini ngak ad info sama sekali .matinya seharian full gimana ngak merasa di rugikan , giliran tagihan gede rumah saya paling kecil 150 rb perbulan saya itu pemakain air cuma berdua sama istri aja d rumah . Tolong d cek lg kalau ngak mau di laporin ke pusat. Perum gni
