★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor ini merupakan tempat pambayaran dan administrasi lainnya Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum kalasan yogyakarta. Letak kantor tepat di pinggir jalan selokan mataram dan cukup jauh jika diakses dari jalan raya yogyakarta-solo. Kantor ini tidak terlalu besar tetapi cukup representatif. Dalam pelayanan, staf sudah cukup baik dan dapat ditingkatkan lagi.
This office is a place of payment and administration of other Regional Water Companies in Yogyakarta. The location of the office is right on the edge of the Mataram sewer road and is quite far if accessed from the Yogyakarta-solo highway. This office is not too big but quite representative. In service, the staff is good enough and can be improved again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali ke tempat ini sempat nanya2 krn kantornya tidak dipinggir jalan besar masuk kurang lebih 60 meter dari belokan. Pelayanan pasang baru dilayami dengan ramah oleh CSnya..
The first time I visited this place I had a chance to ask because the office is not on the side of the main road, approximately 60 meters from the turn. The new installation service is friendly by the CS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa hari lalu saya laporan via WA ke karyawan pdam kalasan tp tdk direspon/ditanggapi lalu sy tlp ke CS (ibu Isna) katanya keluhan sy akan disampaikan ke teknisi pdam tapi sampai skrg tdk datang.
A few days ago I reported via WA to the Pdam Kalasan employee but there was no response / response then I called CS (Isna's mother) she said my complaint would be submitted to the Pdam technician but until now it has not arrived.
