Pelayanan via telp /wa tidak ada yg merespon, Cape kalau ada keluhan harus bulak balik ke kantor. PARAH!

Baru mau pasang aja udah dapet pelayanan jelek kayak gini, nyesel udah bayar biaya pemasangan. Udah bayar dari bulan lalu, tapi sampe sekarang belum ada petugas yang ke rumah buat pasang. Persyaratan juga udah dipegang pihak PDAM-nya. Kalo ditanya ke kantor alasan jaringan komputer error mulu. Nanya via WA ga dibalas, telepon ga diangkat. Hello, situ human punya brain kan. Bisa lah dicatat manual dulu, kalo jaringan udah nggak error baru dimasukkin ke komputer. Buat pasang air juga butuh komputer kah???

Pelayanan CS sangat buruk, tidak bisa dihubungi by call, baik di no yg tertera resmi maupun yang di cabang, WA juga tidak di balas. Air Kotor, Tagihan air melonjak, tidak ada informasi pemakaian, No Account tidak dapat terhubung di aplikasi, CS tidak dapat dihubungi untuk ditanyakan. Benar2 sangat buruk pelayanannya, harusnya yang seperti ini diganti saja!!!
CS service is very bad, cannot be contacted by call, both at the official number listed and at the branch, WA is also not answered. Dirty Water, Soaring water bills, no usage information, Account No. Can't connect in the app, CS can't be contacted for inquiries. Really, really bad service, something like this should just be replaced!!!

Saya juga mengalami hal yang sama dengan tagihan air BSD. Rata2 pemakaian hanya Rp 80.000 - 120.000/ bulan. Tiba-tiba naik tiap bulan dari 2 juta, 4 juta dan 5,5 juta. Jadi total adalah Rp 11.500.000. Bayangkan 5,5 juta adalah krg lebih 650 m3 air yg dipakai dalam satu bulan, sangat tidak masuk akal !! Padahal tidak ada kebocoran sama sekali dan Anehnya setelah di komplain, pemakaian air menjadi Normal kembali ?!! Sy komplain ke CS sampai berulang kali dan capek dan janjian dengan petugas tapi tidak datang2 trus. Sampai Petugas akhirnya datang 2x dan bohong bilang kalau ada kebocoran meteran jalan terus, padahal cek bersama tidak ada meteran jalan yg artinya tidak ada kebocoran sama sekali ( sayangnya sy tidak video waktu cek ) Sy sudah terlanjur bayar tagihan yg 2 juta. Dan dari Pihak BSD : Pak Agus, Pak Anang dan satu petugas lagi, tetap ngotot minta sy bayar. Anehnya begitu banyak warga BSD yang sy temui di CS adalah mempunyai permasalahan yang sama, yaitu masalah tagihan air yang sangat tidak wajar, bahkan ada yg tagihannya sampai 20 jutaan Awalnya Solusi yg diberikan oleh Pak Agus sebagai Penanggungjawab adalah sy diminta kembali ke CS, sedangkan sy sudah ke CS berulang kali dan tidak ada solusi. Kan aneh banget solusinya, seakan tidak memberikan dan tidak ada solusi. Akhirnya setelah marah2, baru di minta untuk isi Surat Keberatan. Sy rasa permasalahan ini bakal berkepanjangan dan tidak ada solusi yang memuaskan. Jadi sy mau mengajak semua warga BSD yang mengalami hal yang sama dan tidak wajar ini untuk sama2 kita ajukan keberatan ke Pihak Pengelola PDAM BSD dan kalau perlu bisa dilaporkan sebagai penggelapan atau penipuan. Silahkan komentar dibawah ini apabila mengalami hal yang sama. Terimakasih
I'm also experiencing the same thing with the BSD water bill. Average usage is only IDR 80,000 - 120,000 / month. It suddenly increased every month from 2 million, 4 million and 5.5 million. So the total is IDR 11,500,000. Imagine that 5.5 million is more than 650 m3 of water used in one month, it doesn't make sense!! Even though there was no leakage at all and strangely enough, after the complaint, the water usage returned to normal?!! I complained to CS repeatedly and was tired and made an appointment with the officers but they didn't come. Until the officer finally came 2x and lied saying that if there was a leak the meter kept going, even though checking together there was no road meter which means there was no leak at all (unfortunately I didn't make a video when I checked) I have already paid the 2 million bill. And from the BSD Party: Mr. Agus, Mr. Anang and another officer, still insisting on asking me to pay. Surprisingly, so many BSD residents that I met in CS have the same problem, namely the problem of water bills which are very unreasonable, some even charge up to 20 million Initially, the solution given by Mr. Agus as the person in charge was that I was asked to return to CS, while I had been to CS many times and there was no solution. It's a really strange solution, as if it doesn't provide and there is no solution. Finally, after getting angry, I was only asked to fill in the Objection Letter. I think this problem will be prolonged and there is no satisfactory solution. So I would like to invite all BSD residents who are experiencing the same and this unnatural thing to jointly file an objection to the PDAM BSD Management Party and if necessary it can be reported as embezzlement or fraud. Sangat burukkkk pelayanannya, air sering mati, debit kecil. Ada beberapa tempat air tetap mengalir ada beberapa tempat netes pun tidak airnya. Hari libur, Sabtu Minggu sering sekali mati total. Laporan GK pernah ditanggapi., Perusahaan pelayanan publik yang sangat burukkkk!!!!
Very bad service, water often dies, small discharge. There are some places where the water keeps flowing, there are some places where the water doesn't even drip. Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are often totally dead. GK's report has never been responded to., Very bad public service companykkkk!!!!
