β β β β β Harga yg di infoin tidak sesuai dengan sebenarnya. Saya di infoin harganya 175rb service + freon, ternyata pas teknisinya dateng harganya 275rb dengan alasan ac saya tipe baru dan freon yg di gunakan beda jenis. saya ga pernah sekalipun di infoin ac baru dan lama beda harga. Jangan pernah service disini karena sangat mengecewakan!!!
The price that was posted did not match the actual price. I inquire the price 175rb service + freon, it turns out that technically the price came 275rb with the reason my ac is a new type and freon that is used is different types. I have never once in the new and old ac infoin different prices. Do not ever service here because it is very disappointing !!!

β β β β β Suka banget sama bengkel ac citra sarana, sebelum mengerjakan sesuatu pasti diinfo biayanya terlebih dahulu dan tdk langsung dikerjakan, jd saya sebagai konsumen jg bs memilih langsung dikerjakan atau tdknya, tdk ada kecurangan dalam pengerjaan nya..karna bs kita sesuaikan dg keadaan kantong kita, yg mau servis ac daerah tebet recomended bgt ni..?
I really like the ac workshop, the image of the facility, before doing something I must be informed of the costs first and not immediately done, so as a consumer I can also choose to do it directly or not, there is no cheating in the process ... because we can adjust it according to our pocket condition, those who want to service the ac in the tebet area are really recommended ..?

β β β β β Suara hati konsumen yg sangat kecewa. Sdh langganan lebih dr 10 thn (lupa persis tp lama bgt). Sering banget referensiin mereka ke teman-teman. Kejadian ac bocor di indoor unit. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dan adanya pengerjaan las di pipa outdoor, 3 hari kemudian freon bocor. Mnrt teknisi yg dtg lagi (teknisi berbeda dr yg mengerjakan), kebocoran bukan akibat pengerjaan yang lalu, walaupun titik yg bocor sangat dekat dari hasil las yg lalu. Sy sudah bersedia utk membayar ganti pipa dan ongkos pengerjaannya. Tetapi, utk isi freon tetap dibebankan ke saya, yg mana 3 hari lalu baru diisi freon R22 325 ribu. Menurut saya hrsnya itu masuk dalam garansi. Kecewaaa bangettt. Sdh dengar bbrp org punya pengalaman buruk jg, tp kita tetap percaya sm citra sarana krn pengalaman baik semua. mulai saat ini, byeeee.
Conscience of consumers who are very disappointed. I have subscribed for more than 10 years (forgot exactly but it took so long). Very often referin them to friends. Aircon leaked in the indoor unit. After repairing and welding work on the outdoor pipe, 3 days later the freon leaked. For other technicians (technicians different from those who do it), the leak is not due to past work, even though the leakage point is very close to the results of the previous weld. I was ready to pay for the pipe change and the cost of the process. But, for the contents of freon still charged to me, which only 3 days ago was filled with 325 thousand R22 freon. I think it should be under warranty. Really disappointed. Heard some people have bad experiences too, but we still believe in the image of the means because of all the good experiences. from now on, byeeee.

β β β β β Sangat tidak profesional, sudah berlangganan 15 tahun lebih sama sekali tidak mau toleransi. Diminta untuk survey pembuatan jalur ac dengan dp 100 ribu, hasil ceknya harganya sangat amat tinggi dan mahal. Mekanik juga sering sekali menawarkan isi freon, padahal Ac baru beli 3 bulan. Tolong kalau cari duit itu yang jujur dan jangan serakah.

Mechanics also often offer freon contents, even though the Ac has only been purchased for 3 months. Please be honest and don't be greedy if you are looking for money.

β β β β β Kurang ok si, ada beberapa teknisi yang ok, tapi tetep ada yg jelek kerjaannya, cuci ac gka bersih dan ketika dihubungin lgai tidak jelas tindakannya, waktunya susah juga dan selalu ngaret, mending cari tukang ac lain
It's not ok, there are some technicians who are ok, but there are still things that work poorly, washing the ac is not clean and when contacted again it's not clear what to do, the time is hard too and always dragging, it's better to find another ac repairman
