β β β β β Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this service. Unreliable. Especially for frozen food seller. Next day delivery exists only in their imagination. No reliable customer service, only their stupid bot sending the same response over and over again. Claim doesnt work. All in all, try other shipping services!

β β β β β No CS at all!!!!! Package late for more then 40 hours and still not delivered although paxel says it's delivered. Proof of delivery: a black picture and signature is a cross. This company is a big fraud
CS really terrible. 1)on WA you only get standard computer selected answers that don't really look in to the problem. 2) telephone number on Instagram does not exist. 3)mails don't get any reply. 4 Delivery times don't met their promise. 1 out of 5, just because you can't give 0!

β β β β β I sent 6 packages and they're all perishable foods. They are supposed to be kept in a chiller or freezer. Got a customer complaint that one of my food got spoiled! I though they always put frozen or perishable food in the freezer but whatever happened to the package?! If the food that my customer got spoiled, then the rest of the food in the other packages got spoiled too! Also, how are they so slow in sending the packages? It's always late! Paxel you have to fix this!

β β β β β I send sameday fresh foods from Bandung 4 may 2021 to Jakarta. Pickup at 10.40 in Bandung. But until 22.00 didnt come up in my home. Mustofa / the courier said there is nobody at home (closed) whereas we are still eaiting unntil 23.00. But no sign of delivery

β β β β β I HOPE I COULD GIVE A MINUS!!! BAD services, bad handling problems, bad behavior of the crew, i made a shipment for picking up at 8-10AM and the courier was easily cancelled at 10.07AM, how rude? Without giving any options just cancelled my shipment for overload reason?! Wth!!! I'm fully not recommend this!!! This is the worse so far, SAMEDAY?! YOU WISH!!! PLEASE THINK ABOUT US, WHO TRUSTED YOU FOR SENDING PACKAGE THAT WOULD SPOILED IF YOU KEEP ASKING ME TO MAKE A NEW SHIPMENT ORDER OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THANK FOR YOUR WORSE EXISTING. JUST DON'T MAKE AN IMAGE THAT HUGE BUT DO JUST A PIECE OF DUST!!!

β β β β β Just realize this service have no call center. I sent a package at 19oclock(14Feb), but the apps said my package already arrive at 13.50 (supposed most late 14.00) with blurred photos, strip singner, and the of reciever is "ybs", I sent to an apartment complex so it always received by security. The contact for Their CS only via Whatsapp and the respone omg.....so sloow!! I have to contact the PH point via Instagram and they not allowed Direct Messages?! I have to sent my AWB on comments section..this is laughable. I'll attach the courier name, and other screenshoots. Please upgrade your customer service. I shall rate the apps one star too if I don't recieve my package by today

β β β β β Whoever responsible for chosing the "customer empathy" terminology for Paxel deserves to be awarded as funniest person in the universe, because it was the biggest joke of the century. The "customer empathy" are highly unorganized since there's no information passing from one officer to the other. You have to explain your problem over and over again to different person. Sometimes different officer gave you different information. No creative problem solving, because they always reffering to the "rule". Actually, not much different with the robots. Slow responds when replying your messages, sometimes they just ended the chatting session without consent. They always ask your name but they never introduce theirselves.
As for the delivery service itself, is highly unreliable. No information whatsoever when your package will arrive late. Sameday service has different meaning for them, because it can mean next day. I am not sure if they really put your frozen package all the way, because at the end of delivery stage, they deliver to the shipping address with motorcycle which I think has no freezer.
I just hope that there will be more companies provided delivery service for food and frozen products, so Paxel will has competitors and customers have choice. For now, we just stuck with Paxel, I guess.
