I bought Gosure insurance for my Vivo smartphone. Such an easy way to protect my phone, all I needed to do was to scan barcodes and my insurance was all set. We need to use more technology like this in the future for insurance companies. thx pasarpolis.

Hi, I wish to dispute your rejection of my claim just because I does not staying overnight in the clinic. I'm very disappointed with your response. Before i take the treatment, i did call to your call centre and verify my treatment is able to claim. Even the clinic doctor at Bhakti Vedanta Medical confirm that outpatient medical treatment without staying overnight is able to claimed. And I did prepared all medical report to submit the claim. The "Super Shield Travel Insurance(Oversea)-page 23" policy do states that 24-hour emergency medical assistance whist Insured are travelling. I believe that I am covered by the terms of this policy and am entitled to the amount claimed. I would be grateful if you would review your decision to reject my claim and let me have your answer as soon as possible. Yours sincerely Lee Sok Meng

It was a good experience claiming my phone insurance , the customer care was helpful and friendly The process was hassle free and fast. Within a week my claim fund was transferred Recommended to others as well

Very not recommended for their GoSure mobile phone screen insurance. Apparently they have no robust internal system for customer complaints follow-up (no ticket# for complaints! I gotta repeat my story all over again each time a new staff receiving me -- in my case at least 3 people handled me so I gotta repeat my history 3 times). No progress updates on your polis status whatsoever while the 'look period' is only 7 days (I gave up on the 3rd day clueless). In a nutshell: not worth my time. The only pros I found was their CS staff were very polite -- constantly apologize for their cluelessness.
