★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gunung kumitir biasa dijadikan jalur alternatif menuju kota Banyuwangi, ditemani alam yang rindang dan deretan warung kopi yang bisa dijakan tempat bersantai ataupun beristirahat, ditambah banyaknya penduduk lokal yang menyambut dengan senyuman khasnya. Namun jalur yang ada, sangat curam dan licin tatkala hujan. Berkendara saat malam hari kurang disarankan apabila sendirian.
Mount Kumitir is usually used as an alternative route to the city of Banyuwangi, accompanied by shady nature and rows of coffee shops that can be used as places to relax or rest, plus many local residents who welcome them with their trademark smiles. However, the path is very steep and slippery when it rains. Driving at night is not recommended when alone.
