The PH (Penthouse) at 38th floors is the almost a circle views of Jakarta, where every rooms equiped with expensives furnish suppored by high electronic technology facilities. I'm not sure, whether or not the PH could be rental, but you have to be extra care in maintaining. If found evem small worn, you have to pay very expensive claim.
But most of all, the place is the smart building in the city

Have many variety of fresh vegetable, fruits, poultry, meat, eggs and kind of seasoning and cakes on second floor. First floor have many store selling cloth, fabric, cookies, chinese incense, banana, medicine, gold jewelry, personal care and cosmetic. Have parking area but usually busy in the morning as the traffic a bit heavy in the morning until 10 am
