★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi sangat strategis, jalan Tomang Tinggi Raya merupakan jalan yg dapat dilalui mobil, motor dan truk ukuran kecil-sedang, dilalui jalur angkutan kota.
Pasar ini sedang dalam proses pembangunan, namun tersendat karena masalah pembiayaan, bangunan pasar belum sepenuhnya selesai, namun bisa difungsikan pada lantai satu, direncanakan ada lantai dua, namun belum dipasang konstruksi genteng.
Pada bagian depan area parkir juga belum di kerjakan baru diratakan dengan urukan puing, pagar dan area dalam belum dibangun.
Para pembeli masyarakat sekitar dan penjual disana sangat membutuhkan kelanjutan pembangunan, agar pasar ini menjadi lebih nyaman dan mampu berfungsi dan menjalankan perekonomian sekitar.
Butuh percepatan pembangunan diharapkan adanya perhatian pemda DKI dan PD Pasar Jaya agar dimasukkan kedalam rencana kerja pembangunan dan penganggaran proyek pembangunan, yg bisa diambil dari APBD Jakarta yg juga berasal dari pajak yg dibayarkan oleh rakyat Jakarta.
