★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good appearance as one of major train station in Jakarta. Located strategically near Senen as Central Market for low middle class society. Easy access by various mass transportation, such as Trans Jakarta busses, taxy and Jak Lingko network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, tidy, and busy. All the information/signage is clear. Restroom, prayer room and lobby (for those who arrived at early hours) is provided. There are plenty of restaurants in the station to fill your stomach. The trans-jakarta pool is within a walk distance. Although, you should be careful when walking around the station area as the road is congested. And the narrow pavement often filled with street stalls.

It is located close to Pasar Senen market area in Senen, Senen, Central Jakarta. Pasar Senen only serves Economy and Business class intercity train except Gumarang and Sawunggalih. It also serves as a station for the KRL Commuterline.

There's also a new entrance that directly located in front of the station so that you don't have to go pass the north/south entrance again. You will definitely visit this station if you are going to depart/arrive using an economy train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to go to Pasar Senen Station, you have to transit at the Manggarai station first, then you have to go to the Jatinegara transit station to get to Pasar Senen Station. believe that with this route, you can save half an hour compared to taking the direct train at Pasat Senen. The cost that comes out to take the KRL is very cheap compared to you having to take a taxi to Pasar Senen. this station is very crowded because most people transit here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to 2010ish, this station is developed so well. But in the waiting area there only one restroom on the corner near antigen test place. I love the way they modernized the station without eliminating the old part of the building.
