Bila sore hari, pedagang berjubel bertransaksi aneka sayuran segar dalam "partai besar" (dibawa menggunakan pickup dan motor dengan sayuran yang sudah terikat rapi) untuk kemudian didistribusikan ke berbagai area penjualan. Maka Anda yang hendak berbelanja dalam jumlah sedikit silahkan lebih cermat memilih pedagang.
Harga sayuran dan kebutuhan pokok di wilayah ini standar, bahkan cenderung lebih murah dibandingkan wilayah lain. Kesegaran sayuran di sore hari lebih baik. Sayangnya aneka lauk terbatas dan kualitasnya biasa saja.

Terdapat mungkin 4 gedung utama dengan tempat penjual yg bervariasi, gedung ketiga untuk pakaian, kain", 'abrak-brak', keempat untuk warung dsb. Tempat agak panas, maka disarankan untuk memilih tempat parkir yang dekat dengan pohon. Para pedagang sebagian diberikan akses keran air yang sangat mudah.
Dimasa pandemi, cukup menjaga protokol kesehatan. Sebagian pedagang tidak memakai masker dengan benar (abai). Saya tidak melihat petugas keamanan/satpam untuk menertibkan.
Saat ulasan ini dibuat, pasar ini baru beberapa hari dipakai. Belum ada peresmian.
