From vegan sushi with brown rice and assorted veggies, kombucha, organic vegetables, veggie full Manado porridge, mie pentil, es dawet, coconut water with lemon and honey, some organic snacks, and organic spices. I found my favorite onde-onde ubi ungu here. It is chewy, not too sweet, and more importantly organic. Find Bu Ari for her onde-onde ubi ungu for your family gathering or arisan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasar Kamisan is a community market held every Thursday and Saturday 10am to 13pm. This market is specialized on serving and selling healthy food from locals. My favorite is sayur lodeh served with thiwul and tempeh made with koro peanuts served by sekolah pagesangan. They also sold mocaff flour, rice corn or nasi jagung. Various local / traditional snacks are also available. Sourdough breads are also served by Amante Home Bakery. My fave is cheesy onion bread with melted local cheese on top. You could also find fresh local vegetables that has been planted organically for your healthy home salad. They also served kombucha, a tea fermented drink that mixed using local fruit and herbs. Don't forget to bring your own box or bag for take away menus since this market is environmentally friendly and doesn't provide any plastic bag.
