To enjoy seafoods at Depok Beach, usually visitors come here first to get them raw, then take them to restaurants who will cook them. Reasonable prices, e.g. red carp for IDR 75,000.- per kg. Be careful before you buy fish, make a visual check to see if it's still fresh, but some sellers are honest and even educate customers about how to check a fish. Open till late evening at weekends.

The seller will state higher price first, so please just bargain to your heart content. It is really near to the seashore, so if you want to enjoy delicious seafood while playing on the beach, you can buy the fish from this market and ask one of the restaurants or waroong on the seashore to cook it for you. The service charge is around Rp.15.000 (per Jan'20) per KG, and you can request for the sauce (asam manis, saus tiram, teriyaki, manis pedas, etc.)

Then you can take them home or choose nearby restaurants to cook them for you! We picked Kerapu Fish, white clams, squids, and another fish (forgot the name) for 4 persons, only around 185k!
