★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the place in Central Jakarta where you can find used/ rare/ new books. Or other (copy) for less better print quality. Opposite the Atrium Senen. You need to know the real price in the bookstore as a comparison (for new books). Bargain is a must, or else its not worth it. No toilet. Lack of parking spots, (or you can park your vehicles in Atrium). Beware of pickpockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually, I was having quite higher expectations than I should when I planned to visit this place. I was hoping to get a secondhand books, a rare or interesting one, in the field of social and political science. Although I did get some books that I desire, it took a good amount of time to check every row of books. Most of the book seller sold the same items. You gotta have the gut to bargain, like, make a super crazy bargain, and never show your doubt for once. Better yet, you should be able to speak like how the Jakarta people speak (if u are not native). The price can be irrational. Never said what you were looking for if you are still checking what will interest you, just tell them, "I'm still looking around." And they will let you. If you said that you are, for example, looking for a political science book, they will take out every book related to the field, but when you find out it didn't interest you and you said no, BEWARE, they have sharp tongue. So, GOOD LUCK!
