★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is called antique market but the things sold there are mostly artisanal crafts and reproductions. However, it is a local market worth visiting and exploring to buy something. Always remember to bargain hard, asking prices are sometimes twice higher than the final agreed price!

I wouldn't vouch for the authenticity of the goods however I can guarantee that they are really good when it comes to quality and standards. From old China to tiny furniture, you get all sorts of antiquity. If not Indonesian, try and get someone to tag along with you. Bargaining goes a long way so be sure to have an Indonesian friend with you! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 95% replicas. Quality of items probably 2-3 stars. Not too old items, maybe turn of the century. This being said, shop owners were extremely nice and no pushy at all. They actually spend time to chit chat if u speak Bahasa. Work an hour visit if you have never been here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm glad that i was lost to this place. Such a beautiful area with unique vibe. They sell wide variety of goods; from ancient coin (that was made in VOC era!) To classic gramophone. Some of them may have certificates stating the originality. The sellers are so friendly but still i suggest you to bring your Indonesian friend if you want to buy some antique stuffs. Have to add this place to your list if you visit Jakarta!
