★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alternatif tempat parkir yang lebih terjangkau untuk karyawan di luar gedung. Tempat parkir ini lebih baik dari beberapa tempat parkir luar gedung di sekitarnya. Lokasi nya berada di halaman rumah dan memiliki atap sehingga motor kita aman dari panas dan hujan.
Pengelola juga cukup rutin mendata motor yang masuk. Para karyawan yang menggunakan jasa parkir ini juga terlihat akrab dengan pemilik tempat dan pengelolanya. Motor pun bisa parkir nginap untuk beberapa hari untuk mudik atau tugas keluar kota, dengan tanpa charge tambahan bagi member.
Parkiran ini juga mendapakan penjagaan yang cukup baik 24 jam karena pengelolanya tinggal di rumah tersebut.
Kapasitas parkir juga cukup besar, dapat menampung hingga 70-80 motor.
Disini juga tersedia musholla dan toilet, serta kopi seduh ala kadarnya. Sehingga jikalau pun harus menunggu sebentar ketika hujan tiba-tiba turun maka kita bisa menunggu sebentar sambil ngopi.
