Good buildings
One gate system.
Sufficient public facilities on the area (small mall, sports arena, etc)
One weakness is access to bsd or the nearest commuter station is not as wide as bsd's road. You should wait until it becomes bigger and get the appropriate road like bsd.

However, the road, the playground, parks can be cleaned more often.
