★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keberadaan pondok2 pesantren di kawasan yg kental dengan atmosfer spiritualitas bisa menjadi tonggak untuk memurnikan akidah.
Tidak untuk mendiskreditkan pihak lain, namun mencampuradukkan religiusitas dengan spiritualitas akan membuat jiwa yg gamang.
Desa Jarakan ini terkenal menjadi salah satu tujuan pelaku ritual kejawen dengan adanya sendang yg termasuk sendang pitu.
Sendangnya sendiri sekarang hanya berupa genangan air tak terawat di tengah kebun yg penuh dengan dahan dan daun mati yg jatuh ke dalam airnya. Walaupun masih kadang dikunjungi untuk ‘ngalab berkah’, namun sendang ini lebih sering didatangi oleh pemancing lokal mengambil lumut sebagai bahan umpan di tempat lain.
