Almost ready to stay in, just need a few finishing touch
Located in Tanah Merah village, Sepatan Timur District, Tangerang Utara Regency, Banten Province.
It is about 7 Km south Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
The Developer is going to open stage 2 housing complex next to it which just covered paddy field for house construction.
Since the houses sit on the reclaimed paddy field many of the ready houses have suffered minor fracture to some major ones.
The prize is considered far cheaper as it is nearby the most busiest airport in Indonesia and it is at the outskirts of capital City Jakarta.
Type 36/72 is valued at nearly 400 millions ruphias.
Type 40/80 is offered at less than 475 millions . They are perfectly suitable for middle class whose jobs are mostly in Jakarta. The streets are wide enough to hold more than two small cars.
The front design is looking sweet and beautiful.
The air is still clean and the water is still far less polluted than in Jakarta. The drainage system is underground however the eletricy cable are still above ground.
Handling new residents complaint is still major issue for management. Slow response and uncertain procedure are points for management to fix. Overall this housing complex is the best for for me after searching everywhere for almost a year.
