Not worth it, the price is the same, bad wifi, muddy water PDAM likes to die, no signal, and new buildings but leaks, even though it's commercial, not subsidies DISAPPOINTED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the lane is sooooo cramped, only fits 1 car and no street lamp, would be dark if not because of the lights from their residence house's. also too many people from the outside of cluster hanging around in the residence area, not safe and a sore in the eyes!
