★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat yang pertama kali datang akan kebingungan masuk parkirnya dari mana. Harus masuk dari jalan yang setelah pombensin, mentok belok kanan, disitu pos tiket parkirnya. Padahal posisi bank nya didepan tp muter dulu parkirnya dari belakang.

Bank pada umumnya, teller akan stop mengerjakan hal yg lain saat ada customer datang, namun di bank ini 2x saya dtg tetap hrs menunggu saat teller masih mengerjakan ‘hal-hal lainnya’. Mgkn belum dapat training mengenai customer satisfaction

Banks in general, tellers will stop doing other things when a customer arrives, but at this bank twice I still have to wait while the teller is still doing 'other things'. Maybe I haven't received training on customer satisfaction
