★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming here yesterday, just right after Zomato Gold launch in Indonesia. The ribs portion is adequate with the price, and the it taste good. The place is not air conditioned, so it is quite hot, however the ribs are easy to cut, i suspect they give a lot of butter in it so it becomes fatty enough and not dry. It sweetness and saltyness is in balance, though sweetness is more dominant as I request it to be cooked in BBQ Sauce.

Tender, juicy.. cant say nothing just PERFECT!
but, unfortunately, they have no many kind of menu. It's only about bbq ribs and side dish (fries etc).
I came on Dec 2019 with my fiance (now my hubby) with affordable price. idr 99k (exc. tax) and you'll got a plate of ribs with fries and corn?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 portion of Iga Bakar cost 99k, portion is good for 1 person (although it looks huge on the plate but mostly its the bones). Serve with potato wedge and corn.
No rice available here and note that they only accept cash for payment.
Although when you are in a pinch or have no enough cash, you can do bank transfer via BCA with them, the staff will help you for the account number info)
They have the oldschool coffee beer(20k/bootle).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panglima BBQ Ribs, appears for the first time at Panglima Polim Jakarta Selatan, like Three Musketeers there are Iga/Ribs, Fried Rice, and Juices. Until at certain points, they moved to another place, and this place are great, since around 2004/2005, their Ribs doesnt change at all, they served only Ribs at around Rp. 99K. Served with fried potato and peeled corn. Because its great flavor for its price, don't expect many parking lot here. Because they have many partner, from coffee shop, until warteg :D Back to out topic, Ribs, they served 3 pieces of big ribs, with 3 option of Flavor, Special Original Sauce, Lemon Sauce, and Black Pepper Sauce. Call them the master of ribs for "kaki lima pricing", because of their value :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really a good place to grab some ribs barbeque. For 99k IDR you can have 3 pieces of ribs around 500grams. The seasoning is so good and ribs are tender enough for you to chew.
You can choose between original barbeque or blackpepper sauce for your ribs.
