★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parah bgt servicenya...bayar buat yg 1 hari tapi ternyata 2 hari pun masih blom sampai . Terus no tlp hunting nya ga ada yg angkat, no tlp branch nya jg ga ada yg angkat....di tracking brgnya susah eh giliran bisa di tracking ternyata msh di gudangnya dan waktu saya datangin langsung ke gudangnya ternyata tutup padahal sudah jam 8 pagi.
kecewa dan jesel bgt sm service nya padahal brg sy itu penting bgt dan padahal brg di kirim dari bandung...parah abis ini pandu, bilangnya buka 24 jam...preett laahh
the service is so bad ... I paid for 1 day but it turned out that 2 days it still hasn't arrived. Then no hunting phone, no one lifted, no phone branch, no one lifted ... the tracking was difficult, uh, it was difficult to track, it turned out that it was still in the warehouse and when I went straight to the warehouse it was closed even though it was already 8am .
disappointed and very bad about the SM service even though it was very important and even though it was sent from bandung ... it was very bad after the scout, said it was open 24 hours ... preett again

Akhirnya motor sampai 21 agustus
Setelah complain Sana sini
Motor sudah sampai dalam keadaan rusak, body stang hancur. Tidak bisa starter.... Kepala motor jadi kendor dengan body.. sangat kapok pakai pandu logistic.. tidak disarankan
Send the motorbike from Bekasi 2 August to Aceh until 20 August it didn't arrive .. very disappointing .. not professional. not recommended ......

After complaining here and there
The motorbike arrived in a damaged state, the handlebar body was destroyed. Cannot start .... The motor head is loose with the body .. really give up using a logistic guide .. not recommended
