Lalu nomor customer servicenya yg di web site infonya 24h tp tidak ada yang angkat.
Very unprofessional, promised to reduce SPK by 7 days but it's been 2 weeks there has been no SPK either. Very unsatisfactory service.
Then the customer service number on the web site is 24 hours but no one picks up.

It's been a week and there's no information on when to enter the workshop. This process is too long in my opinion to wait for diacc or not.. the workshop said that waiting for the new acc is scheduled to enter the workshop
