★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan baru yang ternyata udah rame penduduknya. Dan masih tetap dalam proses pembangunan terus. Di dalamnya juga ada taman bermain, children friendly deh pokoknya. Yang aku suka, rumah rumah di sini ga ada pagarnya. Jadi bisa sering2 silaturahim sama tetangga. Walaupun ga ada pagar, Insya Allah tetep aman karena di gerbang depan ada satpam yg selalu nanyain tamu yg keluar masuk area komplek
New housing that turns out to be crowded. And it's still in the development process. Inside there is also a playground, children friendly anyway. What I like, the houses here don't have fences. So you can often stay in touch with your neighbors. Even though there is no fence, God willing, it will still be safe because at the front gate there is a security guard who always asks guests who come in and out of the complex area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebagai salah satu penghuni kawasan perumahan ini menurut saya kompleknya kurang penghijauan. Saya mohon kepada Pengembang untuk tanami lagi banyak pepohonan agar semakin lestari sama seperti namanya yang menggambarkan suasana asri, adem banyak pohon tapi nyatanya enggak. Terima Kasih
As one of the residents of this residential area, I think the complex lacks greenery. I ask the developer to plant more trees so that they are more sustainable, just like the name, which describes a beautiful atmosphere, lots of trees, but in fact it's not. Thank you
