Ya Saya Kesel Bgd sama Palyja sudah 3 hri air gk kluar dr tgl 9smpai 11 desembr. Kan mau bres" rmh dn aktftas lain y rbet. Bhkn klo air mau mati/gk kluar harus y di info kn jgn seenak y.

Pengalaman pribadi yg sangat buruk dengan PAM PALYJA ini, ber tahun2 tempat saya mengalir air sangat kecil, terkadang mati total, asal masih mengalir kita tutup mata, walaupun untuk menunggu tangki air penuh sangat lama, namun jika sudah berhenti mengalir, bisa ber hari2 baru mengalir, seperti saat ini sudah 2 MINGGU lebih air MATI TOTAL, Sudah telp ber kali2 ke telp layanan PALYJA, dengan no.aduan ber kali2, tetap belum dibetulkan, rekanan yg datang hanya bilang iya nanti disampaikan laporan untuk menambah supply air, selalu seperti itu, tapi sampai sekarang tetap mati ga mengalir, Layanan telp seringkali menunggu lama untuk berbicara dengan CS, harus ber kali2 telp baru tersambung dengan CS, sekali nya tersambung hanya dibuatkan no.lapor dan dijanjikan teknisi datang, COCOK sudah, CS bilang nanti kirim teknisi, teknisi bilang nanti disampaikan untuk menambah supply air, MUTER2 disitu terus jawaban nya, Dan yg parah nya, di lapangan, rekanan teknisi PAM PALYJA ini menawarkan solusi diluar jalur resmi dengan meminta biaya jutaan, bukankah itu arti sebenarnya PALYJA bisa mengatasi hanya tidak dilakukan dan membiarkan permainan di bawah tangan, Kalau telat bayar di denda, kalau mati ga ada tanggung jawab nya, kelakuan rekanan juga ga bener, yg kayak gini kemana saya harus melapor ??? AMPUNNNNNNN

Layanan instansi negara yang PALING BURUK - sy sudah tinggal belasan tahun di Cengkareng dan masalah air mati selalu terjadi tanpa antisipasi dan dengan alasan yg sama: Perbaikan Pipa. Sekarang ini lagi2 terjadi sejak 30 Des. 2019 kmrn dan sampai sekarang - TOTAL ga ada air. Prestasi HEBAT Palyja! HEBAT!!
The MOST BAD State Service Agency - I have lived for a dozen years in Cengkareng and dead water problems always occur without anticipation and for the same reason: Pipe Repair. Now this has happened again since 30 December. 2019 kmrn and until now - TOTAL no water. FABULOUS Palyja's achievements! GREAT!!

Entah percuma apa y komplen disini..komplen via telepon aja lama ..bkin pulsa abissss...smpe skrg jg air mati didaerah cengkareng..hampir sering..gk tw apa kendala ya..tapi sekali 2 kali msh dimaklumin..lah ini tiap hari..air bgni terus..dilakuin apa kek uda tau banyak yg komplen..harus ya di progress..dicheck..Diurutin apa yg jadi prioritas..untuk dlakuin..Apalagi air salah satu Sumber.. Bayangin aja..drumah kalian kalau gk ad air gimana rasa ya !! mungkin shari 2 hari ok..ini berminggu2.. kadang kita yang gk ad air beli air isi ulang buat mandi..tapi bayar air tetap aja sama...rasa ya pgn gk bayar aja kalau air gk ad sama skali..tapi pihak y mana mau tw..tolong lah air pam daerah cengkareng..sering banget ini..Beda banget sama wilayah2 lain ya..Bingung itu air di kemanain..

sudah 2 minggu air mati, hanya stengah hari kurang sempet nyala sbntar, kalo di message cuman suruh nampung sama dibilang penyesuai an, emang mo nampung sbrp banyak kalo 2 minggu mati, lama2 abis juga, sangat TIDAK profesional. Tidak di tindaklanjuti sama skali. Pdhl bayar lancar.
It's been 2 weeks the water has died, only in the middle of the day it doesn't turn on right away, if the message just tells you to accommodate the same, it's said to be an adjustment, it will accommodate as many if 2 weeks die, too long, very NOT professional. Pelayanannya sangat buruk, air PAM mati gk pernah ada info, bahkan sdh beberapa hari tdk keluar. Perlu di ingat, kami konsumen tdk gratis jd tlg di tingkatkan pelayanannya☝
