Pengelolaan Air minum di monopoli, gak ada saingan, ya begini ..... Pelanggan A.K.A Rakyat cuma pasrah, air sebulan berkali-kali Mati. Malah sudah 2 tahun ini air di kasih waktu nyala nya jam berapa, begini amat ya nasib rakyat kecil. Komplain gak di tanggapi.

Air sering mati di pemukiman biasa, di perumahan elit air nyala terus, dan kalo perumahan elit mati langsung mobil pam suplay giliral ke kampung ngga hahahahahahh ga adil

Saya kecewa dengan PALYJA,pertama airnya tidak ada bau kaporit sama sekali,kedua air gampang keruh,mudah jentik nyamuk,terakhir kami pada bayar tiap bulan'a tp airnya sering banget tidak keluar,banyak orang pada kecewa,tolong di perbaiki lagi sistemnya jngn,mentang2 kita orang perkampungan dikasih air yg tidak layak,khususnya daerah jl.tanjung pura dan sekitarnya.terimakasih.
I am disappointed with PALYJA, firstly the water doesn't smell of chlorine at all, secondly the water gets cloudy easily, it's easy for mosquitoes to fly, lastly we paid every month but the water didn't come out very often, many people were disappointed, please fix the system again, don't, because we villagers are given water that is not proper, especially the area of ​​​​Jl. Kenapa ya pelayanan PDAM itu semena2 padahal kita jakarta barat bagian kelurahan semanan udah komplain masalah mati air trs dan pipa nya kecil dari daerah kampung bali...tapi ga pernah ada tanggapan seandainya ada pemasok air lain pengen pindah aja...sebuln bisa 5kali mati dan matinya bisa berhari-hari kecewa bgt...komplain jg ga ada tanggapan...selalu dan selalu
Why is the PDAM service arbitrary, even though we are in West Jakarta, the Semanan sub-district, we have complained about the problem of dead water and the pipes are small from the Bali village area...but there has never been a response if there is another water supplier who wants to move... a month it can die 5 times and death can take days to be very disappointed... complaints don't get any response... always and always
