★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat sangat buruk untuk wilayah taman ratu blok TT Ujung Rt 1/4 Masa air hidupnya sehari sekali itu pun malam hari hanya 1 sampai 2 jam saja ditlpn ga pernah diangkat tolong laah perbaiki kasihan warga disini
Very very bad service for the Taman Ratu block TT Ujung Rt 1/4 The water is alive once a day and even then at night it's only 1 to 2 hours, the call is never picked up, please fix it, sorry for the residents here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap libur panjang air pam selalu mati,seharusny ada info dulu kalau mau di matiin,klo ngga ada yg jaga di hidupin aja,bayar setiap bulan,tapi nyalany ngg pernah...tiap malam begadang buat ngurusin air,tapi ngga nyala...complaint juga d diemin aja ngga ada tanggapan sama sekali...?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️
Every long holiday, the water pump always turns off, there should be information first if you want to turn it off, if there is no one to take care of it, just turn it on, pay every month, but it never turns on...every night stay up late to take care of the water, but it doesn't turn on... Complaints are also left alone, no response at all...?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah hampir 6 bulan air menyala hanya saat malam hari itupun hanya 2 jam dan keluar air sangat kecil. Puluhan kali complain, petugas dtg krmh tapi tidak ada solusi, jawaban selalu sama krna kurang tekanan dan selalu disarankan pasang mesin pompa. Untuk pasang mesin pompa juga butuh dana lagi pak, dan pasti biaya listrik membengkak. Saya hanya ingin aliran air drmh saya kembali normal seperti dulu! Mohon lebih diperhatikan pelayanannya! Sangat amat buruk.
It's been almost 6 months the water turns on only at night and even then for only 2 hours and the water comes out very small. Dozens of times complained, officers came to the office but there was no solution, the answer was always the same because there was a lack of pressure and it was always recommended to install a pump engine. To install the pump engine, you also need more funds, sir, and the electricity costs will definitely swell. I just want my drmh water flow to return to normal as it used to be! Please pay more attention to the service! Very very bad.
