★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letaknya disamping pacuan kuda arthayasa. Sayangnya sepanjang jalan yang melewati pacuan kuda tidak diberi penerangan yang cukup, termasuk komplek palomino ini yang terlihat gelap gulita dari jalan.
Bukan salah kompleknya sih, tapi kayanya pacuan kuda ga kasih penerangan lebih, takut kuda kudanya stress, termasuk ngga boleh ada acara hajatan yang berisik disekitarnya.
Alhasil kalo lewat pacuan kuda detak jantung tiba tiba naik drastis, karena iseng dan gelapnya jalan. Selain itu, jadi ajang buang sampah sembarangan, tiap pagi nganter anak kalo lewat pacuan kuda baunya sampah bikin nahan napas.
Belum lagi rasa was2 begal. Belum lama ada yang di gorok lehernya ditempat gelap deket situ. Walaupun bukan begal jadi ada pikirian tempat yang kondusif buat berbuat jahat.
Semoga ada pembenahan yang lebih baik kedepannya.
Jalan didepan komplek ini juga dipakai orang sebagai jalan alternatif utama orang orang yang berangkat dari daerah meruyung atau cinere ke arah krukut atau margonda.
Fasilitas umum deket komplek ini agak jauh, jadi kalau perli apa apa mending beli dari siang, karena jarak ke warung terdekat kalau jalan kali lumayan jauh dan gelap gulita.
Tapi kalau libur atau sore hari seringnya jadi tempat orang orang olahraga, sekaligis cuci mata lihat kuda yang dilepas didalam pagar. Kadang juga banyak orang yang main masuk pagar lihat para joki naik kuda.
Dideket komplek ada 2 sekolah bagus, sebanding dengan harganya ?, yang 1 sekolah alam, yang 1 lagi sdit.
Rumah sakit jauh dari komplek palomino, tapi kalau klinik beberapa ada yang deket.
