★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (-) Kalau akses, emang agak masuk-masuk jalan kecil gitu dan polisi tidurnya banyak. Agak semrawut dan kurang enak dilihat. Untuk pejalan kaki, ga nyaman.
Kalau komplek, mungkin yang agak kurang diperhatiin adalah jalannya. Paving blocknya uda banyak yang hancur karena dilewati kendaraan berat (mungkin).
(+) Sejauh ini komplek dan akses sekitar bebas banjir. Terakhir banjir jabodetabek yg heboh di awal Januari 2020 itu, di komplek gak banjir sama sekali. Udaranya masih dingin kalau malem. Airnya masih pake air tanah. Alhamdulillah bersih dan ga berbau. Penghuninya rata-rata ramah dan helpful. Guyub kalau ada acara komplek.
Dekat dengan banyak sekolah bagus.
Iuran komplek masih masuk akal (Rp 180rb/bulan). Security ada lebih kurang 5/6 orang yang bergantian jaga. Akses masuk 1 gerbang aja. Keamanan oke banget, pake cctv pula.
 (-) If it is access, it does enter a small road and the speed bumps are too much. A bit chaotic and unsightly. For pedestrians, it's not comfortable.
If it's complex, maybe the way to pay less attention is the way. Many paving blocks have been destroyed by heavy vehicles (maybe).
(+) So far the complex and access around are flood free. Finally, the Jabodetabek flood which broke out in early January 2020, in the complex was not flooded at all. The air is still cold if it's late. The water is still using ground water. Alhamdulillah, clean and does not smell. The residents are generally friendly and helpful. Guyub if there is a complex event.
Close to many good schools.
Complex fees still make sense (IDR 180rb / month). Security there are approximately 5/6 people who take turns keeping watch. Just enter one gate. Security is very good, use CCTV too.
