★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat favorit perawatan gigi anak2 saya. Cabut gigi, tambal sampai kakak dipasang alat spy giginya rapi selalu gembira.Dokter dan susternya baik dan ramah. Yg ingetin kontrol ke dokter gigi malah anak saya. Recommend!
My favorite place for dental care for my children. Tooth extraction, fillings, until the older brother has a spy kit, his teeth are neat, always happy. The doctors and nurses are kind and friendly. The one who wanted control to the dentist was my child. Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rabu 13 maret 2019 saya berobat kesana karna gigi saya ngilu..
nah si dokter (yg ternyata baru praktek), bge cek gigi saya.. kebayang banget, alat2nya kaya masih baru dipegang oleh si dokter, sambil nanya2 terus sama asistennya.
nah, akhirnya saya disuruh treatment gigi dulu, dan katanya gigi saya masih di tambal, singkat cerita si dokter menyiapkan peralatan untuk tambal sementara, nah dia nanya obat (saya lupa namanya) si asistennya bilang habis. nah setelah itu dia ada ambil obat , si asisten bilang itu udah ga bisa dipakai.. *dalam hati yaampun.. kok bisa gini sih.. ???? nah, pas bayar saya baru tau kalau bahan yg dipakai untuk tambal sementara saya adalah bahan yg dipakai untuk tambal permanent.. soalnya awalnya dokternya bilang, biayanya 200ribu, nah trus dia koreksi kalau biayanya 250ribu karna pakai bahan tambal permanent.. karna udah ngerasa ga nyaman, yaudahlah aku bayar aja..
nah pas sampai rumah gigiku nyut2an banget.. udah minum obat juga masih nyut2an, sampai kamis malam rasanya sakit banget sampai ga bisa tidur, dan gusiku bengkak banget.. jumat pagi tadi aku ke puskesmas aja, lebih aman karna dokternya pasti alan fokus sama keluhanku.. karna udah males banget kalau kesini lagi.. lihat efeknya yg ngeri banget..
akhirnya sampai puskesmas, dokternya bilang gigiku salah tindakan, harusnya ga boleh di tambal sementara.. karna lihat kondisi giginya sudah sulit sekali untuk tambal permanent.. di bongkarlah hasil prakarya dokter di palem dental care ini, dan langsung lega banget rasanya.. gigiku ga nyut2an banget.. cuma tinggal gusi bengkaknya aja..

well, the doctor (who turned out to be a new practice), checks my teeth ... really imagined, the rich tools are still being held by the doctor, while asking the assistant to continue.
well, finally I was told to treat my teeth first, and he said my teeth were still patched, in short, the doctor prepared the equipment for temporary patches, now he asked for a medicine (I forgot his name) the assistant said it was up. Well, after that, he took the medicine, the assistant said it can't be used ... * In the heart, hmmm ... how come this can be done ... ???? Well, when I paid, I just knew that the ingredients used for patching while I was the material used for permanent fillings ... the problem was that the doctor initially said, it costs 200 thousand, now he corrected if the cost was 250 thousand because of using permanent patching material ... because I felt uncomfortable, I just paid it ...
well right up to my teeth home ... I already took medicine, it still hurts, until Thursday night it was so painful I couldn't sleep, and my gums were so swollen ... Friday morning I went to the health center, it was safer because the doctor would focus on my complaints ..because it's really lazy to come here again ... see the effect that is really horrifying ...
finally arrived at the health center, the doctor said my teeth were wrong, it should not be patched temporarily ... because seeing the condition of his teeth has been very difficult for permanent fillings ... the doctor's work was done in this dental care, and it was very relieved .. my teeth don't nyut2an really ... just swollen gums just ...
advice for dental care palms, CARE THE SAME CUSTOMER SAFETY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perawatan gigi disini kl utk dewasa mungkin ok2 saja kl liat reviewnya tp sangat tidak rekomen utk melakukan perawatan gigi anak apalagi pencabutan gigi anak disini. Dokternya gak telaten dan gak bisa menghadapi anak2 dengan baik, main paksa aja. Asistennya juga seperti gak ngerti apa2. Mending cari dokter gigi lain kalau untuk anak, yang sudah jelas dan jangan coba2.
Dental care here for adults, maybe it's ok, just look at the review, but it's not really a recommendation to do dental care for children, let alone extracting children's teeth here. The doctor is not painstaking and can't deal with the kids well, just play by force. The assistant also doesn't seem to understand anything. Better to find another dentist if it's for children, that's clear and don't try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah saya ketemu klinik palem ini , dokternya ramah , baik , pintar , susternya juga baik .
Awalnya gigi saya sdh seminggu sakit sampai bengkak besar di pipi disini diberi obat yg manjur , krn besoknya langsung bisa tidur dan seminggu kemudian gigi saya di cabut disini .
Sekarang sdh bisa aktivitas normal. Dan rencana buat gigi palsu disini atas anjuran dokter.

Thank God, I met this palm clinic, the doctor is friendly, kind, smart, the nurse is also good.
At first my teeth were sick for a week until a large swelling on my cheeks was given a potent drug, because the next day I could sleep right away and a week later my teeth were removed here.
Now it has normal activity. And plans for dentures are here at the doctor's recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semenjak pandemi, takut kontrol ke drg. Tp krn sdh tdk enak di mulut sy gogling ketemu klinik gigi di t.palem kalcyt. Setelah reservasi by phone dapat jam 5sr. Kliniknya bersih nyaman dan prokes ..drgnya pakai apd. Ternyata ada lubang dan karang gigi.. jadi bisa tambal tetap dan dibersihkan.. drgnya ramah dan teliti jadi betah.. hehehe sekarang aroma mulut jadi segar lagi. Tkasih drg yg baik..kontrol 3 bln lg ya..?
Since the pandemic, I'm afraid to control drg. But because it doesn't feel good in my mouth, I googled and found a dental clinic at T.palm kalcyt. After the reservation by phone can be at 5sr. The clinic is clean, comfortable and the procedure is... the drg uses PPE. It turns out that there are holes and tartar.. so it can be fixed and cleaned.. the drg is friendly and thorough so you feel at home.. hehehe now my mouth smells fresh again. Thank you good doctor..control for 3 months ok..?
