★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak amanah. Jamaah umroh saya yg menunggu keberangkatan di bulan syawal tahun 2019 gara2 covid 2 rela menunggu tetapi ditaun 2022 dari bulan januari tak pernah ngubungi kami. Hanya kami yg ngubungi pihak travel. Waktu itu saya hubungi katanya, belum ada jadual. Belum februari saya hubungi lagi, belum ada jadual. Bulan maret dihubungi sama jawabannya. Pas awal april dihubungi katanya sudah close pendaftaran sudah penuh. Bener2 kami dijadikan cadangan bagi mereka dan saya mintak dibalik aja uang jamaah. Seharusnya mereka bertanggung jawab untuk memprioritaskan dulu calon yg sudah terdaftar yg nunggu lama.
