Pengalaman di bulan Oktober 2019 waktu saya pulang dari Denpasar ke Bekasi.
Perjalanan dari Bali ke Bekasi sempat terjadi 2 insiden.
1. Bus PK pertama yang saya naik dari pool Pidada, Ubung walau masih nyaman tapi mesinnya kurang joss, agak berasa gredek² gitu dijalan,, dan terbukti ketika sampai di pinggir tol Batang, Jawa Tengah, bus ini mogok sekitar jam 8 pagi, dan kami terdampar selama hampir 5 jam sampai akhirnya bus pengganti/bus kedua datang jam 1 siang.
2. Bus PK kedua datang dari pool Kudus (bayangin aja dari Kudus ke Batang) dan benar-benar bus yang belum siap, tidak ada gorden, bantal, ataupun selimut, dinginnya AC juga ga begitu berasa karena panas matahari.
Tapi karena sudah capek nunggu, kami penumpang bodo amat dan naik aja.
Baru jalan selama tiga jam, sekitar jam 4 sore bus kedua ini mesinnya TERBAKAR dan mengeluarkan asap hitam di dekat pintu tol Kanci, Cirebon, kami penumpang Denpasar pun terdampar lagi di pinggir jalan tol menunggu bus pengganti lagi buat ke Bekasi dan Jakarta.
Bus ketiga/bus pengganti pun datang sekitar jam 6 magrib, bersyukur, Astungkara, Alhamdulillah, Puji Tuhan, bus ketiga ini bus PK yang manusiawi, armada terbaru SHD, dengan fasilitas lengkap dan sangat nyaman.
Bus ketiga ini sebenarnya (katanya) berpenumpang dan menuju Madura, tapi "rela berkorban" putar balik ke Bekasi/Jakarta buat mengantar kami para penumpang dari Denpasar yg sudah sangat lelah.
Saya akhirnya sampai di Bulak Kapal, Bekasi Timur jam 9 malam.
::: perjalanan dari Denpasar ke Bekasi, berangkat Jumat siang jam 2 WITA nyampe Bekasi, Sabtu jam 9 WIB malam dengan berganti 3 Bus dan mengalami 2 insiden..
Unforgettable experience.
 Just sharing ..
Experience in October 2019 when I returned from Denpasar to Bekasi.
The trip from Bali to Bekasi had 2 incidents.
1. The first PK bus I took from the Pidada pool, Ubung, although it was still comfortable but the engine was not good enough, it felt a bit cluttered on the road, and it was proven that when I arrived at the edge of the Batang, Central Java toll road, this bus broke down at around 8 am, and we stranded for almost 5 hours until finally the second bus / bus arrived at 1pm.
2. The second PK bus comes from the Kudus pool (just imagine from Kudus to Batang) and is really the bus that is not ready, there are no curtains, pillows, or blankets, the coldness of the air conditioner also doesn't really feel because of the hot sun.
But because we were tired of waiting, we were very ignorant passengers and just got on.
It had only been walking for three hours, at around 4pm the engine burned down and emitted black smoke near the toll gate of Kanci, Cirebon, we Denpasar passengers were stranded again on the edge of the toll road waiting for another bus to make it to Bekasi and Jakarta.
The third bus / replacement bus also arrived at around 6 sunset, thankful, Astungkara, Alhamdulillah, Praise God, this third bus is a humane PK bus, the newest SHD fleet, with complete and very comfortable facilities.
This third bus actually (he said) had a passenger and headed for Madura, but "willing to sacrifice" turned back to Bekasi / Jakarta to take us passengers from Denpasar who were very tired.
I finally arrived at Bulak Kapal, East Bekasi at 9 pm.
::: Travel from Denpasar to Bekasi, departing Friday afternoon at 2 WITA arrived at Bekasi, Saturday at 9 WIB at night by changing 3 buses and experiencing 2 incidents ..
Unforgettable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang jam ½ 3 karena ditiket tertulis jam 3 keberangkatan bus tapi ternyata diprank sampe jam ½ 8 malam bus belum ada tanda tanda , sangat tidak ada disiplin waktu & sangat mengecewakan
Came at 3 o'clock because the ticket said it was 3 o'clock bus departure but it turned out to be pranked until 8 pm the bus had no signs, very no time discipline & very disappointing
