★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayam Berempah Paha Dada ada di Jalan Alternatif Cibubur. Di arah ke Jakarta (arah masuk pintu tol) lokasinya di seberang supermarket LOKA atau KFC. Jadi sebelum Transmart Cibubur yah.
Ayamnya Ayam goreng dengan taburan bumbu rempah (kayaknya suwiran lengkoas) enak. Ayamnya empuk. Lauk lainnya juga enak. Cuma emang cukup asin buat saya pribadi. Tapi kalo pas sama nasi sih pas.
Pilihan sambelnya ada 3 : sambel ijo ; sambel terasi ; sambel bawang (kayak sambel ayam geperek) saya pilih sambel bawang dan ternyata pedas banget. Untung ada kipas angin, lumayan netralisir panas keringetan. Atapnya jg tinggi, jadi ga panas ato pengap pas lagi kepedesan
Ada toilet, cukup bersih. Wastafel tapi saya gak liat mushola. Parkir ada tapi juga nggak luas2 banget. Mobil cukup 3-4 mobil mungkin. Oke thanks

Fried chicken with a sprinkling of herbs and spices (I think shredded Lengkoas) is delicious. The chicken is tender. Other side dishes are also delicious. It's just salty enough for me personally. But if it fits with rice, it fits.
There are 3 choices for Sambal: Sambal Green; shrimp paste sauce; Onion Sambal (like fried chicken sauce) I chose the onion sauce and turned out to be very spicy. Luckily there is a fan, pretty neutralizing the heat of sweat. The roof is also high, so it's not hot or stuffy when it's hot
There is a toilet, quite clean. Sink but I don't see the mosque. Parking is available but it's also not very spacious. Cars are enough 3-4 cars maybe. OK thanks
