Joining Padma Yoga since 2019 and still feel at home until now, from offline to having to go online because of the pandemic, every yoga movement is explained in detail what benefits it has for the body, very enjoyable.

Instruktur slalu mmperhatikan gerakan msg2 muridnya, shg klo ada gerakan yg kurang pas lgs dibetulkan. Gerakannya standar internasional donk. Sukak bgt dg cara instrukturnya ngajar. Kita jd belajar bny ttg gerakan yoga yg bener (bkn asal gerak) shg bs mmberi manfaat pd kesehatan. Yoga itu investasi sehat. Padma yoga adalah tempat belajar terbaik. Sukses Padma Yoga ❤️
It's been almost a year over sy missed training online at Padma Yoga Yoga. Although online, the quality of training tetep cool! Instructor pobud mmperhatikan msg2 student movement, which allows for the movement if there are less fit LGS corrected. His movements donk international standards. Sukak bgt instructors teach those ways. We learn BNY jd yg ttg yoga movement Ko (BKN origin of motion) shg pd bs mmberi health benefits. Yoga was a healthy investment. Padma yoga is the best place to learn. Success Padma Yoga ❤️
