★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lingkungan nyaman, model rumah yg menarik, dan legalitas yg sangat aman sekali disini, jarak tempuh klo dilihat dari maps memang klihatan jauh sih dr BSD , tp skrng yg harus dilihat itu wktu tempuh nya hanya 20 menit ke BSD, keren sih
Comfortable environment, attractive house model, and very safe legality here, the distance when viewed from maps does look far from BSD, but now what you have to see is that the travel time is only 20 minutes to BSD, really cool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airnya kurang bersih, developer terkesan kurang bertanggung jawab, solusinya cuman suruh nguras aja.. perlu ngedalemin sumur sendiri untuk mendapat air yg lebih bersih.
lingkungan juga ternyata berdekatan dg kandang ayam. ada sedikit slentingan bau tidak sedap dan beberapa waktu banyak lalat. pihak marketing kurang terbuka terkait hal ini.

The water is not clean, the developer seems irresponsible, the solution is just to drain it... you need to drill your own well to get cleaner water.
the environment also turns out to be close to the chicken coop. there is a slight slentingan bad smell and some time a lot of flies. marketing parties are less open about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah contohnya menampilkan mezanine floor yang cukup menarik bagi kaum milenial. Bagian depan kompleks cukup rapi, namun sayangnya ketika masuk ke bagian dalam, nampaknya management office nya tidak benar-benar memperhatikan kondisi jalan dan perumahan dengan baik sehingga terlihat kumuh untuk sekelas perumahan yang menjual rumah 600jt an ke atas.
Rumah = ok, lingkungan = buruk
The house, for example, features a mezzanine floor which is quite attractive to millennials. The front of the complex is quite neat, but unfortunately when you enter the interior, it seems that the management office doesn't really pay attention to the condition of the roads and housing so it looks shabby for a housing class that sells houses of 600 million and above.
Home = ok, environment = bad
