Head of building management is a danger to everyone that lives there.
Ended up sick from the smell of sewer gas and was forced to move out without any refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building management is a disaster, grease traps in every unit under sink, requires GROSS weekly cleaning or your unit smells like sewer gas. If you need to live in the area consider Silkwood Residence - they don't have grease traps - in fact - no other apartments have grease traps. Because grease traps are for commercial kitchens and are supposed to be outside a unit. NOT INSIDE. Paddington Heights will have a huge legal suite against them that will be civil in nature. The people investing will be out millions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place really smells bad. I am surprised that the city counsel allows them to operate. Apparently, the grease traps under the sinks of all apartments is a big problem. The odour is horrible as sewer gas leaks back up. And you have to clean the grease trap every week like you are working in a commercial kitchen - it's gross and unnecessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of fake reviews on here. Let's start with the main issue with ALL the units in this apartment. And if you don't listen you will suffer if you move in.
EVERY UNIT HAS A GREASE TRAP UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK!
What that means is you get the joy of cleaning a nasty grease trap once a week or otherwise you apartment smells.
THE PIPES IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE BUILDING ARE WRONG!
The sewer gas leaks back into your unit. Why? Because they don't have the grease traps installed properly. As you can see in the photo the outflow pipe - doesn't continue under the water level. Why is that important? Because all the gas from below - leaks back up and into your apartment air.
THE SEWER GAS IS POISON!
My wife and I both ended up with a horrible parasite infection. It required over 4jt in medical bills.
BUILD MANAGEMENT DOESN"T CARE!
So after 1 month of telling them and showing them and getting third party plumbers to verify - this is what they did:
1. Ignored It
2. Made Ridiculous Excuses "The apartment down the hall stinks - its leaking into your house"
After threatening to go to the government counsel - they finally agreed to add the proper valve to block the gas - they removed the box. Then they capped the pipe and the smell was gone. For 2 days only though because guess what they did next?
They returned the box in the same exact way. No fix. Just replaced the box.
THERE ARE TOMCATS ALL OVER!
The poison bug that spreads its poison just through contact with sheets, clothing and other things - yup - they are all over the apartment.
Think twice.
You will regret it if you move in - don't say you weren't warned.
P.S. I have circled in red what the outflow pipe should look like or have to avoid sewer gas from leaking back into your apartment should you decide to reside here.

Still new..all still looks fresh no peels and stinky smells in the corridor. Parking quite spacious..the bedroom depends on what you buying but the studios i think starts from 19 m2 and how u make up your apartment. Location very close to many vicinities and toll road. The Pool not so big..just standard nothing fancy..
Overall i think its a good option for stay and make it as a home.
