β β β β β PT MKP Yth,.... sy berikan input yg membangun ya.....semoga ownernya membaca, sehingga PT MKP bisa lebih berkembang dan lebih besar lagi dari yg sdh ada saat ini.
Saya berencana untuk membeli produk PT. MKP dan mencari no kontaknya di website resminya. Sebelum menelepon, sy sempat membaca ulasan di sini.
Awalnya sy sempat ragu & tidak percaya saat membaca review bahwa marketingnya tidak ramah. Namun ternyata sy buktikan sendiri saat menelepon hendak melakukan pemesanan. Ternyata memang seperti itu kenyataan adanya. Sy dilayani oleh ibu **** (satu2nya marketing disitu, kata mba operatornya telpon), aduh... minta ampun deh juteknya.....jangankan berharap dapat pelayanan yg baik dan ramah. Ketika ditanyainnya baik2 malah ngegas ngegas bicaranya. Padahal niatnya saya mau membeli produk PT. MKP dalam jumlah banyak untuk mengisi toko sy yang baru mau buka cabang.
Maaf ya....sy terpaksa menyampaikan kebenarannya, saran saya PT. MKP bisa memberikan training pd marketingnya.
Parahnya lagi adalah marketingnya hanya satu ibu itu saja kata operatornya di telpon. Jika ada yg lain mungkin sy bs pindah ke marketing yg lain. Akhirnya sy mengurungkan niat saya untuk melakukan pemesanan krn sy merasa mau membeli kok malah dibentak2. Padahal saya berharap sekali bisa menjual produk MKP di toko saya karena kualitasnya yg bagus dan memuaskan.
Sangat disayangkan PT. MKP yg sudah besar namanya terhambat perkembangannya karena tenaga marketingnya yg jutek. Apabila bukan karena varian dan kualitas produk PT. MKP sy yakin orang pasti ogah membeli di PT. MKP krn pelayanan marketingnya jelek dan kasar pada calon pembeli.
Semoga kritik saya ini bisa menjadi kritik yg membangun.

Dear PT MKP,.... I'll give you constructive input..... I hope the owner reads it, so that PT MKP can be more developed and bigger than what already exists today.
I plan to buy PT. MKP and look for his contact number on the official website. Before calling, I had time to read the reviews here.
At first I had doubts & didn't believe it when I read the review that the marketing was not friendly. But apparently I proved it myself when I called to make an order. Turns out that's the reality. I was served by mother **** (the only marketing there, the operator said the phone call), ouch ... sorry for the jutek ..... let alone hope for good and friendly service. When asked nicely, he even gasped when he spoke. Even though my intention was to buy PT. MKP in large quantities to fill my shop that is just about to open a branch.
I'm sorry.... I have to tell the truth, my suggestion is PT. MKP can provide training on marketing.
What's worse is that the marketing is only one mother, that's what the operator said on the phone. If there are others, maybe I can move to another marketing. Finally, I canceled my intention to place an order because I felt like I wanted to buy why I was shouted at. Even though I really hope to be able to sell MKP products in my shop because the quality is good and satisfying.
It is unfortunate that PT. MKP, which is already a big name, is hampered by its development because of its bad marketing staff. If it weren't for the variants and product quality of PT. MKP I'm sure people will be reluctant to buy at PT. MKP because the marketing service is bad and rude to potential buyers.
I hope this criticism can be a constructive criticism.
