★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order via ovo buat tanggal 3-5. Dikasih harga in total 190k karena ada promo (?). Udah bayar, tp masuk ke system booked tgl 1-2 (1 hari) jd sebenernya promo itu ga ada, gue bayar 190k harga normal. Downgrade dari double bed ke single bed tanpa pemberitahuan apapun dari pihak oyo. Ini semua bukan salah pengelola sih, oyonya aja yang ga beres. Mau urus refund suruh tunggu 45hari kerja. Gilak. Kl untuk propertinya sendiri, ya standar aja sih utk harga segitu. Cm sayang kamar mandinya kotor dan staffnya kurang ramah

Downgrade from double bed to single bed without any notification from Oyo. This is not all the manager's fault, oh yeah that's not right. Want to take care of the refund told to wait 45 working days. Gilak. Kl for the property itself, just standard for that price. Cm unfortunately the bathroom is dirty and the staff are not friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foto dan aslinya jauh beda, pertama air shower mati, kedua kamar mandi kurang bersih, air dalam bak tidak dibersihkan, tercium aroma tidak sedap di kamar mandi, seprai sarung bantal bau tidak diganti terlihat banyak rambut dikasur ketika ditanya ke staff perempuan dijawab dengan jutek sudah diganti nyatanya saya cium dan lihat tidak akhirnya selimut saya taruh bawah dan tidur tanpa selimut. Asli buruk, niat menginap dua hari jadi sehari. staff perempuan jutek kurang ramah ketika ditanya, beda sama yang pria ramah dan asik ketika di tanya, akses jauh dari kota tapi pemandangan masih asri dan sejuk. Tolong untuk kebersihan ditingkatkan lagi jika ingin tamu datang kembali menginap disana !!
The photo and the original are much different, first the water shower is dead, second the bathroom is not clean, the water in the tub is not cleaned, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the sheets of pillowcases do not replace the odor seen in a lot of hair when asked to the female staff, it is answered with a jutek already I actually changed my kiss and saw that I didn't finally put the blanket down and sleep without the blanket. Original bad, intention to stay two days a day. Jutek female staff are less friendly when asked, different from men who are friendly and cool when asked, access is far from the city but the view is still beautiful and cool. Please improve the cleanliness if you want guests to come back to stay there !!
