β β β β β Exclusive boarding hous near budi mulia, aditv and unriyo. The price is idr 3.500.000/ month woth complete facilities. Big bed size, cupboard, desk with chair, refrigenerator, shower with water heater. The facilities was great but the price is expensive. Because in jogja has so many boarding houses that serve similar facilities but cheaper, aroun idr 1.500.000 up to 2.000.000,- and in the more strategic location.

β β β β β This is an exclusive boarding house located in Tajem, Maguwoharjo. The location is little bit narrow. The place quite clean and comfy, the AC quality is bad, its need to improve more. Wifi really good and the facility is good enough. The last, the price is really friendly, backpacker match!.

β β β β β Recomended place to stay with very affordable price, Its called exclusive boarding house that having partnership with A*** platform (when I booked and stay for couple days). The room was large and clean, dominated by white and green, you will get free minibar inside the room. There are desk with chair, medium cupboard, refrigenerator, three-door wardrobe and Queen size of bed. There is a water heater in the bathroom too and working properly, the amenities only shampoo and shower gel, have no tooth paste and brush, and towels too.
And large parking area.
Note : The air conditioner on the upper floor is not cold enough. (I don't know, maybe because the weather was too hot)
