★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ketika saya check in yang melayani satpam gedung, hanya menerima pembayaran dan mengantar tamu ke kamar, kamarnya seperti belum siap untuk ditempati, masih banyak plastik menempel di dinding, ada TV tapi tidak ada remotenya, tidak diberi password wifi. Padahal fasilitas kamar bagus, ada balkon kecil dan bathub namun air panas tidak mengalir. Dekat mall gancit, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki lewat gang samping hotel. Semoga pelayanan nya bisa dibenahi.
