★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I was looking for a good clinic to get my skin fixed while I'm in akarta for 2 months and I googled a clinic in the south . Ovela came up and by the looks of it online it seems clean and nice .
So I decided to go to it and here's my review -
I am SUPER afraid of needles and I did the PRP treatment lift with ovela clinic and to my surprise I didn't even feel the needle going into my arm ! I've had blood tests before but ovela's nurses handled it so well !
Doctors are super friendly and helpful albeit I was being incredibly curious and maybe even demanding.
In my last visit I did the dermapen + PRP treatment. It's a week in now and my old deep Acne scars are diminishing !! Some have even gone ! It's been just a session with this dermapen thingy !
I got it done at a really affordable price. They were having a promotion at the time and tbh I took a gamble with this pen needle thing called dermapen and it WORKS !
Definitely recommend this treatment to anyone looking to get rid of their scars. ( I wear makeup ALOT and I have sensitive, prone to redness, sometimes itchy & blotchy skin, acne prone also )
They're always having some kind of promotion and their staffs always mentions it at the reception counter ( I guess to lure you in to get those treatments but no regrets cause they're GOOD )
Also, I don't really speak bahasa indonesia and they can communicate in English . Which is a relief considering they'd be putting needles on my face and my arm !
So to recap - 1. Great , clean environment with friendly & professional staffs. 2. If you're afraid of needles like me you'd get nurses that will do it without causing any pain 3. Their PRP & dermapen treatment is SUPER GOOD ! 4. Affordable deals ! 5. English is OK w the staffs

I have had good results and always go back for more treatments! I have been very pleased with the service and care that the Ovela staff have given me. Both the nurses and the doctors are always happy to help me and give the me the best care possible. Also the front desk staff are very friendly and responsive and always remind me of my treatment schedule. I have had and continue to have a great and pleasant experience with Ovela clinic! Thank you guys for everything!
