No response from CS, i.e. fixed line never got through, wa phone was just declined, and wa message was not helping at all. And the delivery man annoyingly refused to take the lift up to the destination floor as per address. No apology or explanation at all at the end. Would never use it again or recommend it.

Friendly and prompt communication to clarify order. The bouquet arrived on time and very fresh. I also got notification when it was delivered. Will be ordering again from the shop!
