★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per Senin 10/2/20 server mati dengan alasan koneksi internet terputus, sampai dengan sekarang rabu 12/2/20 masih mati. Telat bayar kena denda dan ditelpon telpon, kumpulan denda jika dibelikan modem tetap masih untung, sebagai perusahaan besar kinerjanya agak lamban.
As of Monday 10/2/20 the server died because the internet connection was lost, until now Wednesday 12/2/20 is still dead. Late payment is subject to fines and telephone calls, collection of fines if purchased a modem is still profitable, as a large company its performance is rather slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telpon ke xxxx808 tidak pernah diangkat, mulai dari operator dan seluruh layanan service nya. Kredit sudah lunas mau ambil BPKB, gimana caranya bikin appointment? Kami tidak mau sia-sia dari jaksel ke jakut, tanpa perjaniian.
Calls to xxxx808 are never picked up, starting from the operator and all its services. The credit is already paid off. Want to take BPKB, how do you make an appointment? We don't want to go to waste from South Jakarta to Jakarta, without a promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ setiap ditelepon tidak pernah diangkat, mau ambil BPKB ribet (Gak kyk tempat lain). di telepon mau nanya syarat ambil BPKB gak pernah diangkat. pas telfon ke Call center nya di kasih tau hanya 3 syaratnya tetapi pas datang kesana byk bgt syarat yg kurang, jadi info yg diberikan oleh call center tidak tepat. parahh sihhh pelayanannya buruk banget .
every time they call, they never pick up, want to take BPKB is complicated (Not like any other place). on the phone, I want to ask for the requirements to take the BPKB and have never been answered. When I called the call center, I was told only 3 conditions but when I came there there were lots of lacking conditions, so the information provided by the call center was not correct. worse, the service is really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila parah bgt ini lising...bikin kapok....setau saya semua lising ga kaya gini...dia sendiri yg ngeprin klu pelunasannya sekin..giliran mau di lunasin naiknya jauh bgt...sumah bikin kapok aja jd ngelunasin lebih cepat sama nyicil sama aja nominalnya ...petugasnya bilang bukan salah saya ..itu sistem..sedengkan kt minta ketemu bosnya ...bilang ga ada...ga berani ...paraaaaahhhhhh...kecuali kta ga punya bukti bru bilang gitu?????
It's crazy how bad this is... it makes you give up.... as far as I know, it's not like this... he's the one who's in charge of paying off the debt. fast and in installments, the amount is the same...the officer said it wasn't my fault...it's the system...while we asked to meet the boss...said no...don't dare...paraaaaahhhhhh...unless we don't have any proof, just said so

harusnya memberikan pelayanan yang baik, di tlp bener² ga bisa. giliran angsuran telat sehari aja di tlpin melulu ! giliran kita yang butuh susah dihubungi !
no one has picked up the phone for branches here and the center at all, just a waste of credit!
should provide good service, on the phone it really can't. it's just a day late installments on the phone only! It's our turn to be hard to contact!
